We are thrilled to announce that we have just been awarded just under £20,000 by the National Lottery Community Fund to continue running our weekly well-being support groups and also offer additional well-being activities and trips further afield to Walk & Talk, as part of a Your Time membership with no additional costs.

This will enable us to continue to deliver various mental and physical well-being sessions to our group members over the next 2 years  along side our core weekly support sessions. These will be very much chosen by our community and will range from Alpaca well-being walks to Gong sound baths and Cold water therapy.

We have also been awarded £1,000 by Ashfield District Council & The Uk Prosperity fund to continue to encourage our members to get out and walk within our safe supportive community.
